One of the many concepts that will be explored in your course of therapy is the awareness of how emotions can be reduced to their basic elements or feelings. This makes it easier for you to express your feeling with clarity to others. As a result , you will be able to reach a higher level of personal self- awareness.
Finally, you will be given the tools necessary to identify the cause of your emotions and the actions that will bring resolution.
For example, when we experience the threat of a loss our emotional reaction is to be scared or frightened. This is where most people stop processing and become victims to their own emotions. If you understand why you are feeling the way you are, it follows that the necessary actions required to resolve the issue can be understood as well.
